Therapist’s Office: The first unhappy couple in need of counseling are engaged, a woman in her mid or late fifties engaged to a much younger man; the "cougar" looks years younger than her actual age, and is very well put together in dress and make-up, while the guy is a rugged looking, athletic type who is likewise semi-obsessed with his clothes and hair. They are both a bit shallow and self-involved, and too much of their status as fiancees is due to their physical attraction. After a session with a counselor from "Future Compatibility Guaranteed", they leave as a happy, contented couple: they are now a nurturing, caring woman who now looks every bit of her age and then some, especially with her conservative hair and clothes, and her future husband, a rather wimpy-looking, bespectacled boyish younger man who craves the guidance and maturity of his bride-to-be, even with her lower energy levels and "creaky" back and knees.
Therapist’s Office#2: A couple of youngish married professionals (in their late twenties-to mid thirties or so) arrive; they were sort of an "arranged marriage" with both of their families being close, living nearby while growing up, and just sort of falling into dating and then marriage; but while they do love and respect each other, their personalities are now causing problems they didn't anticipate. The husband is tight with money even though both have good incomes, expects the household to be run the way he wants, and rarely says "I love you" to his wife; she is exercise-obsessed, maintaining the champion athlete figure she had in high school and college, and is also not nearly as physical affectionate as her husband would like, with a lower libido than his. But after a unique "therapy session", reality is altered to make sure they leave very pleased with each other. The happy couple is now a roly-poly, bulging beauty with an easy going attitude who loves to cook for her mate, along with dressing sexy (in her 4x-large lingerie) and acting silly/girlish in their bedroom, while her now much meeker and nerdier (in appearance and personality) and even shorter husband shows how much he appreciates his wife with generous affection, flowers, chocolates, and trinkets. They leave therapy thanking the counselor profusely, never realizing anything has changed.
Magic Gym: An attractive young woman is a bit overly jealous and over-protective of her brawny, exceptionally well built boyfriend, especially as she is just a bit out of shape, with a few extra pounds; Resenting the constant attention he gets from other women, despite the two being devoted to each other, she decides a visit to the New Body 4 U gym is in order, where she pays for a very special training session for the both of them, unknown to her boyfriend. By the time they leave, the results are undeniable. Passers-by look at the obviously in love couple and can only wonder why the incredibly fit and striking woman (who looks like a professional figure competitor) is smitten with the puny little fellow with the drooping pot belly. But both are clearly happy with the other as they walk through the mall, with the woman having a knowing smile on her face.
Magic Gym:#2: A new applicant wants to join the New Body 4 U staff, a personal trainer who has heard the place uses "top trainers to create permanent results (which is true)" but her personality profile reveals the trainer to hold overweight or out-of-shape clients in contempt, considering such people weal-willed and of low self-esteem. She is understandably disappointed when told the only opening at the moment is teaching low impact aerobic and yoga postures/stretching to a class of large, plus-sized women. She considers herself too good for that, but is persuaded to take the job as it will lead to "bigger things" down the road-and as the trainer is taken through the hiring process, this indeed proves true. By the time she is given an out-sized spandex outfit as her "team uniform", the staff is congratulating her on being their first (considerably) overweight trainer, and the very stout (but still fairly athletic) young woman with the huge rear-end is ecstatic to be training a class full of women just like her....
