The Transformation Mall has 11 chapters, with 11 different types of transformations. Which was your favorite, and why? Let me know your preference in the poll, and your reasons why in the comments. If you'd like to see more of a certain chapter, I'm open for commissions, so you can find out who walked in the shop next, or what happened to a character after they left the mall. I've already written one such sequel chapter,a continuation of Chapter Three: Sloppy Sal's, which you can read on this site. If you bought The Transformation Mall on Amazon or Smashwords or you were a Patron, I want to know what you think!

It's is finally here! The first ever crowdfunded Transformation ebook, The Transformation Mall contains 11 short stories and vignettes about a variety of characters. Shops can cause weight gain, female muscle growth, age progression, punk changes, gender changes, personality and sexuality shifts, and much, much more, including several brand-new transformation types. Some of the changes are voluntary, some are involuntary. Some changes are positive and lead to happy endings, others are dark and lead to bitterness and regret. There's a huge variety of mechanisms for changes. At over 34,000 words, The Transformation Mall is easily the longest and most detailed project I've ever done. You can read the first chapter, Cougar Clothes on this site for free right now. I chose Cougar Clothes because it was the winner of our Stretch Goal poll back in February. I first started working on this ebook back in December, when I was sketching out setups on my notepad and wondering how a project like this would work. It's taken many months, and I'm very proud of the result. I want to say a special thanks to all my Mall Patrons, whose support and ideas made this possible. And thanks as well to everyone who left a comment or who voted in a poll, you helped, too. If you were a Mall Patron and you'd like the updated version of the Mall (it's the same, except I've cleared up some typos and formatting issues), let me know and I'll email it to you. And of course, if you enjoyed The Transformation Mall, please leave a favorable review on Amazon. Thanks so much. Get the Transformation Mall on Amazon or on Smashwords. And as a reminder, you do not need a Kindle or other e-reader to read ebooks. You can read them right on your PC with Kindle Cloud Reader or with using Smashwords Online Reader. UPDATE - I'm doing a new crowdfunded project, Transformation TV. It runs until November 5, 2015. So check it out if you want to commission an idea of your own! I came across a tip that I think is very useful, by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of South Park: When you are outlining/summarizing your story, you should be able to put “because of this” or “therefore” between each scene/event. This keeps the story going. It connects everything together to make it one narrative instead of a series of slightly connected short stories. Once you start describing your story as “this happens and then this happens”, then you’ve got a problem. Everything should transition easily in a connected narrative. This is very, very sound advice indeed! Leave a comment with the most useful writing advice you've ever received. I'm working on the final edits to "The Transformation Mall," and I hope to get it published within the next couple of weeks! I'm also editing and tweaking some of the projects I finished within the past several months and getting them ready for release shortly afterward. Here's the new cover art for the Mall, hope you like it! I recently read two articles on hubpages, one called Becoming Stronger than a Man and the other called Muscle & Women: how much is too much? They are presented as almost like news articles, but the tone they use and the huge amount of gorgeous muscular women pics and video presented alongside the article makes me think it was written a tongue in cheek was, to sort of pay service to fans of the genre. They are certainly worth a read if you like female muscles. If you like weight gain transformations, I want to post an old clip from the film "Fat Slags." One of the sub plots of that film is that society suddenly finds fat to be "the new black" and women try to gain weight to appear more attractive. Here's the weight gain sequence, which is pretty well done as fair as films tend to go. Let me know what you think of both of these. |
